AspirationsResume.com did a great job on my resume. I got to work directly with a highly credentialed writer who developed a masterpiece. As soon as I started with my new resume, my schedule was loaded with great job interviews. The job search process has never been easier for me - I’m just mad I didn’t hear about them sooner.

I am an executive recruiter, and I have worked with other resume writing firms in the past, but Aspirations is by far the best service I have had the privledge to reccomend to job seekers. I accidently stumbled across Aspirations Resume online and I'm so glad I did. After doing much research on different resume services, I decided to send my resume to Aspirations for an evaluation. I was so impressed with their comments that I knew this was the service I wanted to prepare my new resume and cover letter. Patricia was my resume writer and she immediately zeroed in on my strengths and highlighted them by her incredible use of words. When I read the first draft, I thought, "Whose resume is this?" AND IT WAS MINE! We only had to do a few minor rewrites and then came the big test. I sent out 12 resumes and had two responses the NEXT day! I sent a resume to an organization that had gotten my resume a few months ago. At that time, I had no response. Makini H was wonderful, tactful and encouraging. Her feedbacks were concise and educational. Not once did she talk down to me or laughed at my lengthy and wordy resume. I was allowed to voice my opinions and she gracefully stated her position. The longer I spoke with her, I realized she was doing reflective lisltening. I would say something and she would repeat what I said and then articulate her position. She was a great listener, and was thus able to compose a meaningfu resume and cover letter. I have not yet submitted this wonderful resume to future employers. When I get a hit I will let you know. Once again, thank you Makini.

Ms. Plett: I want to thank you and Makini Harvey for helping me to secure gainful employment - namely, with the US Army through an agency. The timeline is as follows:

In July 2007, I returned to Hawaii and started looking for a job. Between 2007 and through June 2008, I was interviewed for several positions but was not able to secure gainful employment. My resume was quite long and in a narrative form.

In July 2008, I contacted ASPIRATIONSRESUME and with the assistance from you and Makini Harvey, I was able to get a wonderful 2-page,to-the-point resume, which I sent out right away.

In August 2008 (about two weeks after receiving my resume from you), I was contacted by a company, asking if I wanted to work as a licensed clinical social worker at a federal job site, to which I agreed.

In September 2008, I was interviewed for this federal job position.

In November 2008, the position was offered to me to which I (of course) accepted. I started my employment with this federal agency on November 12, 2008.

Well, like the other comments on here - I am totally pleased with my decision to use them to re-write my resume and cover letter. I was very sceptical and afraid of getting ripped off. After reading previous comments about Aspirations I decided to send my resume for review. Marie was very honest and I knew I had to try them. Rachael was my writer and I was happy with the FIRST draft of the resume and cover letter. The day I received it, I emailed it to a recruiter I had met earlier that day - she was totally impressed by the difference between what I had given her and the "new" resume by Aspirations. I wanted to say that I am very happy with the service at Aspirations. They were very quick to set me up with a resume writer, and she listened to all my concerns and thoughts, and created a beautiful resume. She obviously put a lot of work into it, and it's great.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with my new resume. I was shocked to read the resume, and realize it was me!
